Welcome to Encode Learning, LLC.

These Terms outline expectations for working together and using this website. By scheduling sessions or purchasing services, you agree to the policies below.

Encode Learning is built on collaboration, clarity, and mutual respect. These policies are here to support a smooth and consistent experience for everyone.

1. Services Provided

Encode Learning offers one-on-one academic support, including subject tutoring (math, biology, chemistry, physics), study strategy development, organization systems, and academic planning.

Sessions are designed to build clarity, confidence, and long-term independence.

Encode Learning does not complete assignments on behalf of students and does not support academic dishonesty of any kind.

2. Session Structure

Ongoing tutoring is structured around 90-minute sessions sold in packages.

A limited 60-minute focused session option is available for targeted review or lighter academic needs.

Session frequency is typically weekly or biweekly to maintain consistency and progress.

3. Payment Policy

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

Packages must be purchased before scheduling sessions. Once payment is received, sessions may be scheduled through the client portal.

4. Package Use

Packages are intended for consistent use and steady progress.

While packages do not have a strict expiration date, extended gaps in scheduling may interrupt continuity. If circumstances affect scheduling, please reach out so we can discuss next steps.

Unused sessions are not transferable without written agreement.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

Life happens. If unexpected circumstances arise, communicate as soon as you are able.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect scheduling priority, as reserved time cannot always be reassigned.

6. Late Arrival

If a student arrives late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time.

If Encode Learning must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative time will be offered promptly.

7. Refund Policy

Single 60-minute sessions may be refunded if canceled before being scheduled.

90-minute session packages are intended for ongoing support and are generally non-refundable once sessions have begun.

If circumstances change unexpectedly, please reach out. Each situation will be considered thoughtfully.

8. Academic Responsibility

Students remain responsible for completing their assignments and adhering to their school’s academic integrity policies.

Encode Learning provides guidance, strategy, and instruction - not completed coursework.

9. Communication

Primary communication occurs through the client portal and email.

Response time during business hours is typically within 1–2 business days.

Business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Pacific Time).

10. Confidentiality

All student information, academic records, and session discussions are treated as confidential and will not be shared without written permission, except where required by law.

11. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. While every effort is made to keep information accurate and up to date, Encode Learning makes no guarantees regarding completeness or availability.

All website content, including text and branding, is the property of Encode Learning, LLC and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Encode Learning provides academic support services. Outcomes depend on many factors, including student engagement and consistency.

Encode Learning is not liable for academic results, grades, admissions decisions, or institutional actions.

13. Agreement

By purchasing services or scheduling sessions, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
